Vancouver Downtown Condo

With this project we worked throughout the home to refresh the interior space. Using luscious, sustainable materials we upgraded this condo from a tired, unremarkable dwelling into a sleek, luxurious, modern home. In this Yaletown condo we lightened and brightened the rooms while increasing the flow and usability by shifting the dividing wall and repurposing the hall closet. Now the space is modern and inviting and ready for entertaining.

Space is precious and our aim is to help you take advantage of every square foot in the most efficient way. In the Dundarave House we opened up the hidden kitchen, connecting it to the breakfast dining area, and raised the ceiling, allowing for the space to become more open and free flowing while providing even more storage space.

Ambleside House West Vancouver

Ambleside House West Vancouver - Fire Place

Our goal with the Ambleside House was to unify and connect their disparate rooms to increase the spaciousness and flow throughout. We freed the kitchen space by removing the unnecessary partitioning walls and opening up the two-directional view, creating an open connection between the living and eating spaces.

Vancouver Coal Harbour Condo

Vancouver Coal Harbour Condo - Dinning Area

This Coal Harbor bachelor pad was a project in special efficiency. Originally a two bedroom apartment, the owner had no use for the second bedroom. We repurposed the secondary bedroom into a dining area with beautiful views to share with their guests. We also gave the rest of the condo a face-lift, enriching the space with opulent hardwood and tile as well as accenting each with deep, rich wall colors.
