False Creek Penthouse, Vancouver

Interior Design

Our interior design plan for this penthouse was inspired by our client’s frequent trips to Italy – the colours, textures, and tones that reflect cherished memories. We made careful material selections to reflect opulence and a rare elegance with a unique european flair.

Bathroom Design

This new bathroom design created more space and efficiency for our client. We added a large, custom walk-in shower, instead of a tub, and ensured ample storage for two. Tile and colour choices were inspired by our client’s frequent trips to Italy and heated floors and towel warmers brought additional comfort to the room.

The LED, under-vanity, mood lighting makes midnight trips to the bathroom easy. The lights have a longevity of over two years with continuous use which make them both cost effective and environmentally friendly!

Kitchen Design

The kitchen design in this penthouse was created around our client’s choice of colour palette. The original kitchen was small, walled in and had two layers of tiled floor. Poor lighting and non-functional appliances are typical in older homes and need to be addressed to create greater efficiency.

We removed a full wall to create more space. The new cherry wood, custom-made cabinets in darker tones nicely compliment the rich mahogany floor which we carried through the penthouse.
