Design concept is clean and functional for this Marinaside apartment in Yaletown Vancouver. Our clients were two busy professionals with young children ages four and seven. We had to rethink their space and design it according to their needs.
A functional living space designed to be used and enjoyed with practical materials that aged well and were easy to clean. Adequate lighting and lots of storage space were on top of their wish list. The partition walls and sliding doors that separated the living room from the kitchen and breakfast nook made the living space look even smaller. Eliminating sliding doors created an open and airy space with no obstructed view. A creative design plan can transform small spaces from cluttered and unusable to functional and organized.
