West End Penthouse, Vancouver

Interior Design

The design concept for this project is an executive suite with a very modern point of view. We paid particular attention to the landscape – stunning ocean and beach views – giving the space an open, breezy feel. The original layout was boxy, confining and limited the water views. Our design and contracting teams removed constrictive walls while preserving, and lovingly restoring, the original oak hardwood flooring. We installed layered lighting and additional storage space to create a soft, clean, contemporary look. Our team designed a feature wall in the living room with a revived, wood-burning fireplace as its focal point! Electronic cabinetry was built around the flat screen television to hide wires and cords – clean lines create a sleek, elegant atmosphere.

Home Renovation

At Peach Interiors, our objective is to consistently create functional living areas while adhering to strict budget and time guidelines. Through our years of experience, we are able to accurately quote both project deadlines and financial expenditures. Peach Interiors is a design-build company that manages each project from its design inception to completion. This particular project required total demolition of the kitchen and two additional bathrooms. Modernized wiring and lighting was installed, and constricting walls were removed, or moved back, to create more space. This executive suite renovation deadline? Eleven weeks!

Kitchen Design

Obscured behind thick walls and pressboard cabinetry, a modern kitchen was waiting to be reborn! Our contracting team expertly removed all non-supporting walls and rewired the space to accommodate modern lighting and appliances. Our design team ensured that a new ceiling was installed to house recessed lighting and create an open, airy atmosphere. Contemporary cabinetry and built-in appliances helped shape this relatively small space into an open, functional place for friends and family to congregate.

Bathroom Design

The Peach Interior Build-Design Team completely renovated two bathrooms within the penthouse structure. Old fixtures, floors and lighting were replaced to adhere to the modern design. A custom-made, walk-in shower and double sinks were installed in the main bath. Free standing vanities with deep drawers and a bank of mirrored cabinets with built-in outlets were positioned in both bathrooms to maximize storage and minimize clutter. A heated floor and an elegant soaking tub established a relaxing oasis for two in the master ensuite.
