Home Renovation
The team at Peach Interior Design managed the complete renovation of this house in Ambleside, West Vancouver, from start to finish. From a new roof and exterior painting, to flooring and decking, the outside of the home was given and much needed facelift. The basement, main floor, third floor bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were redesigned, remodelled, and reclaimed. After removing the partitioning walls, the new layout visually connects and unifies the individual areas visually and seamlessly, and creates a sense of spacious flow throughout.
Interior Design
The staircase is the focal point of the entryway and is often overlooked in the remodelling process. Our design team transformed this space and infused the house with new life. The combination of steel cable and wood gives an open and airy feel while adding an interesting architectural element.
Kitchen Design
Our client’s vision was a home with an open concept floor plan. Our team removed partition walls and exposed the kitchen’s best asset – the view. The new french doors look directly out into the great outdoors! The kitchen was redesigned to create an eating area with banquet seating, a large pantry and ample storage space.
Bathroom Design
The bathroom was redesigned to allow for a double sink vanity and a much larger custom-made shower in the master en suite. The dated glass blocks were replaced by a large, sand-blasted glass window that creates privacy and allows plenty of natural light to flow from the garden. An effective design plan establishes expanded spaces that add both comfort and value to your home.
