A Ditra Mat is an uncoupling underlayment and membrane by schluter systems for use on tiles. Ditra prevents the sub floor from exerting its movement forces on the tiled floor above.
It’s an ideal product to use In condos where the sub floor is concrete. We all know concrete floors crack!

Isolating tile from the sub floor beneath it eliminates cracking in the tiles grout and joints.

The other great benefit is that tile can be installed over schluter-Ditra immediately and you don’t have to wait a day or so to carry on the work!

Schluter-Kerdi is a bonded waterproof membrane made of soft polyethylene, which is covered on both sides with a special fleece webbing to anchor the membrane in the thin-set mortar.

It is used in conjunction with ceramic and stone tile covering and in our shower construction in all of our projects.
